Gate Valve Inside Screw
A Gate Valve Inside Screw is designed with the threaded stem located inside the valve body, where the stem rotates to raise or lower the gate and control fluid flow. Unlike outside screw designs, the stem does not rise externally, giving the valve a compact and space-saving structure.
This type of gate valve is well suited for indoor installations and low to medium pressure applications. The enclosed stem is protected from external damage and environmental exposure, reducing the risk of corrosion. Gate valve inside screw offers smooth operation, reliable shut-off, and minimal pressure loss when fully open, making it commonly used in water supply systems, HVAC lines, and general industrial piping.
Features
- Internal Stem Design – The threaded stem is enclosed within the valve body, protecting it from external damage and corrosion.
- Reliable Shut-Off – Provides a tight seal when fully closed, preventing leakage.
- Smooth Operation – Easy to open and close with minimal effort.
- Compact Construction – Space-saving design suitable for indoor installations.
- Durable and Long-Lasting – Made from robust materials for extended service life.
- Versatile Applications – Ideal for water, oil, gas, and other low-pressure systems.
